Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the Wheee mobile application and website operated by Akhil Sabu trading as Wheee (NZBN: 9429052914478).

1. The Service

Wheee provides a technology platform connecting riders with independent drivers. We do not provide transportation services directly. Drivers are independent contractors.

Pre-Scheduled Rides: All rides must be booked at least 45 minutes in advance.

Fare Calculation: Fares are calculated by the platform based on distance and estimated time. Riders see the fare upfront before confirming.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18, create an account with accurate information, and maintain account security. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Rider Terms

You agree to pay accepted fares, be at pickup locations on time, treat drivers with respect, and comply with our Community Guidelines.

4. Driver Terms

Drivers are independent contractors who must meet all requirements on our Requirements page, maintain proper licensing and insurance, and comply with all applicable laws.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Cancellations follow our Cancellation Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, harass others, provide false information, interfere with the Service, or violate our Community Guidelines.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We are not responsible for driver conduct or third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by NZ law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under NZ law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Disputes shall be resolved in NZ courts.
