Full Refunds

You're entitled to a full refund when:

  • Driver cancels the accepted ride
  • Driver no-show (doesn't arrive within 15 minutes)
  • Technical failure on our end prevents completion
  • You cancel more than 2 hours before pickup

Partial Refunds

May be issued for significant route deviations, service quality issues, or overcharges (assessed case-by-case).

No Refund

Generally not provided when the ride was completed as booked, you cancelled within 2 hours, you didn't show up, or delays were due to traffic/weather.

How to Request

Use the app's Help section or email contact@automateworkflow.co.nz within 7 days. Include ride details and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds process in 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
