Wheee is built on trust. These guidelines apply to everyone using the platform—riders and drivers alike.
🤝 Treat Everyone with Respect
Use polite language, respect personal space, be considerate of others' time, and don't discriminate based on any characteristic.
🛡️ No Harassment
No unwanted physical contact, sexual harassment, verbal abuse, threats, stalking, or sharing personal information without consent.
⚠️ Safety First
Drivers: Follow traffic laws. Never drive impaired. Keep your vehicle safe.
Riders: Wear seatbelts. Don't distract drivers. Don't request traffic violations.
Everyone: Report safety concerns immediately.
During the Ride
🚶 Riders
- Be ready at pickup on time
- No illegal items or open alcohol
- No smoking or vaping
- Treat the vehicle with care
🚗 Drivers
- Arrive on time or communicate delays
- Keep your vehicle clean
- Follow navigation unless rider requests otherwise
- Respect rider privacy
🚫 Prohibited
Fake accounts, fare manipulation, rides outside the app, cash payments, using Wheee branding without permission, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited.
⚖️ Consequences
Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent removal from the platform, or reporting to law enforcement depending on severity.
