Terms & conditions
- Offer for new Wheee riders only, valid before your first Wheee ride. One use per person.
- Your welcome credits are applied automatically when you sign up — no code needed. Each takes 50% off your fare, up to a maximum of $7. The rest of the fare is payable. Standard fares and the $2 service fee apply.
- You get two welcome credits, one for each of your first two eligible rides. Both are valid for 30 days from sign-up.
- Welcome credits cannot be used on rides picked up between midnight and 6am. Booking an overnight ride does not use up a credit — it stays on your account for your next eligible ride.
- A cancelled ride does not use up a credit; it is returned to your account.
- One credit applies per ride; credits can't be combined with each other or with other offers on the same trip.
- Rides must be within Wheee's Wellington service area.
- Introductory offer for new riders. Wheee may vary, pause, or withdraw it at any time.
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire if unused.
