How cancellations work for riders and drivers.

| When you cancel | Fee |
|---|---|
| More than 2 hours before pickup | No fee |
| 1-2 hours before pickup | $5.00 NZD |
| Less than 1 hour before pickup | $10.00 NZD |
| After driver arrived / No-show | Up to 50% of fare (min $10) |
In the app: Go to upcoming rides → Select ride → Cancel Ride → Confirm.
If you don't appear within 5 minutes and can't be reached, the driver may mark you as a no-show. Fee: up to 50% of fare (minimum $10).
Drivers may cancel for emergencies, vehicle issues, or safety concerns. You won't be charged, and we'll try to match you with another driver.
We may waive fees for medical emergencies (with documentation), natural disasters, or extraordinary circumstances. Contact contact@automateworkflow.co.nz.
